Picturing A Home For Every Child
Waiting Children:Julian

Though facing some challenges, Julian’s inquisitive mind and other strengths could make him a good fit for a patient and supportive family

Julian, 14, is a very busy, curious, imaginative young man with a million and one questions and is interested in the world and how it works. He likes to ride his bike and enjoys drawing pictures. In the eighth grade, he likes school even though he struggles academically. At times Julian's energy level and need for attention can wear people down, so he will need a parent or parent(s) who are skilled in addressing these behaviors. Julian can also have problems trusting others and identifying and expressing his emotions. He gets along better with younger children and plays at their level. He will need assistance in developing appropriate social skills. He will need to maintain contact with his older siblings who are not being placed with him. All patient, committed and supportive families with approved home studies will be considered for Julian.
