Rachel is a special teen who really wants a forever family and would bring a lot of joy to whoever adopts her; only New Mexico families will be considered at this time.

Rachel (who prefers to be called Angel) is a fourteen-year-old ninth-grader who enjoys typical teen pastimes, like hanging out with her friends, talking on the phone, and playing video games...but she also enjoys helping her foster Mom whip up a good meal. Angel loves to draw and has artistic talent that she would like to develop. Though shy at first, Angel warms up quickly to people once she feels comfortable with them. Angel would really like to be adopted, and has a lot to offer anyone lucky enough to have her join their family.
