Stephen is a sweet, easy-going and loveable child who thrives from one-on-on attention and is anxious to please others. He is artistic, creative and enjoys working with his hands by creating beaded key chains. He enjoys playing with toy cars, listening to music, and playing in general. Stephen also really enjoys soccer and hopes to play in a youth soccer league.

Stephen is an animal lover, particularly cats and rabbits. His dream is to turn eighteen so that he can reclaim ownership of his beloved cat who has stayed with his birth parents.
