| Waiting Children:Justin |
Justin is a sweet, affectionate and talkative young man who really enjoys giving and receiving hugs. He is very interested in law enforcement officers and firefighters—this is something he aspires to be when he grows up. Justin participates in Boys Scout and enjoys the outings that are offered through the program. He is an animal lover, particularly of cats and dogs. Justin would benefit from an understanding, structured and attentive family. It is hopeful that this prospective adoptive family will allow him some contact with his two siblings.
