Picturing A Home For Every Child
Waiting Children:Destiny M.
Destiny [photo by Don Usner] Active and resilient, this 9 year old would bring a lot to a New Mexico family willing to offer her support, patience and unconditional love.

Nine-year-old Destiny is sweet girl with a resilient spirit. Though she is a real “girly-girl” who likes dressing up, she also enjoys gymnastics. Destiny is in the third grade, and likes school. She demonstrates effort and a willingness to try hard. Destiny would do best where she would be the only child or the youngest child in the home. She sometimes struggles with peer relationships and is more comfortable with adults. Destiny will benefit from a family that can provide her with structure, consistency, and patience, and will take the time to learn how to address her needs so she can reach her full potential.

Destiny is need of a forever family that will support ongoing contact with her siblings.

Since an out of state placement is not currently in Destiny’s best interest, we are only considering New Mexico families with approved home studies.

If you have an approved home study and are interested in obtaining further information about this child or sibling group please contact:
